Spring Break: Your Packing Guide

Hello, World.

Spring break is currently happening for some, or just around the corner for others. For those on the quarter system, good luck, you’re almost there! For those at religiously affiliated schools like me, Easter is almost here! If you’re planning to travel during your spring break, look no further, I have a simple guide for you to follow that includes all the important things. I hope you’re planning on going somewhere sunny and warm, as this guide is geared more toward sunny vacations. If, however, you’re going somewhere colder, pack a good cashmere, your favorite denim and some bean boots, and you’re in business!
Spring Break EssentialsFor your trip you will need:
hair ties (for lounging in the sun, grabbing brunch in the mornings, and resting in the hotel room)
sunscreen (obviously…)
a good dry shampoo (your hair is bound to get greasy and gross from endless applications of sunscreen and hours in the sun, dry shampoo is a great tool to use to keep your hair presentable before showering)
a good lip balm (keep your lips hydrated while also adding a little color)
a solid sandal (tons of walking, and easy for beach-going)
the cutest, simplest bikini (simply bikinis are the best, and this one is so springy)
a classic cover up (a usually do a white cover up since it will go with any swimsuit)
GOOD CAMERA (take tons of photos to either scrapbook later or just keep in a cute box to always remember this adventure)
a beach tote (durable, cute, and sand-friendly is key!)
denim shorts (for the days of sand volleyball when you want to put pants on, but not your tunic)

While this post does not cover every little thing you should pack for vacation, I think it covers the most important items to remember for a great trip!

What do you always take on Spring Break?
