I’m here with my February reading list! I read three books in the month of February that I want to share with you. I’m hoping to read more in the month of March, but seeing as we’re already about halfway through, I’m not sure it will happen. I don’t have a Soul Cycle near where I go to school and it’s really hard to motivate myself to work out now because I just compare each work out to a Soul Cycle class. I am in my last semester of law school, and even as I type that, I can’t really fathom how it happened. In many ways, it feels like I just started law school. The last three years have gone so so quickly. The last semester of law school feels very different than the last semester of undergrad. I remember being so excited to finish undergrad because I knew exactly what was coming after: I was moving to the east coast for law school. In college, I wasn’t really a big TV person. I pretty much watched Friday Night Lights and Gilmore Girls on rotation. I didn’t have cable or Netflix, so it was hard to watch new shows. In law school, however, I’ve fallen prey to the mindless TV watching before bed habit. It’s the easiest way to unwind after a full day. Toward the end of fall semester, I started feeling like I had too much stuff. I think the feeling was exacerbated by also feeling like I didn’t have enough space to adequately store my stuff. Lack of closet space, lack of bins to put miscellaneous items, etc. all contributed to feeling really overwhelmed.
